I watched intently, my eyes glued as he began removing the tiny infesting organism from his foot. He explained in detail that this “jigger” was a female flea, which had burrowed into a tiny crack in his foot. She had been looking for a safe place with a good source of nutrition to lay her eggs. Conquer your Fear of the Big, Bad Hole

I can remember just a short time ago when I was terrified of big holes. O.K. let's be realistic-any hole. My ride usually consisted of getting in and out of the hole as fast as possible. Trying a trick was out of the question. I was in survival mode, concentrating on staying alive. I have to admit, big holes still scare me, but I have learned how to relax. Building my confidence helped eliminate the fear factor. Read More
